What are Farpointe Pyramid Cards?
Farpointe Pyramid cards are part of the Pyramid Series Proximity® solutions offered by Farpointe Data, a manufacturer in the access control industry. The Pyramid products are based on radio frequency identification (RFID) technology, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of standard electronic access control systems. Pyramid access control credentials operate on the 125 kHz frequency.
These cards and tags are passive devices, eliminating the need for maintenance as they require no battery. They can be ordered to support several proximity reader technologies, offering flexibility and convenience for users.
